The Elusive Outfit Post
A rarity to be seen. I often don’t do this, but I was feeling brave the other day. I think that playing with colors more is a must for me.Β In the mean time what do you think cardigan no cardigan? Pearls or no? I just don’t know I like playing with shapes and all and varying lengths because honestly it works for me and I’d rather be covered than flopping out all over the place that would just be sad, but I don’t know if I like this look overall because I’m very much a sweater and jeans gal who just happens to love fashion and lives on a budget so it makes being adventurous very scary at times.
Oh by the way I did go to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows while wearing this and it was fantastic I cried :), I laughed, and now I can’t wait for the finale because let’s face it the first part of that book is rather slow and so were parts of the movie, but regardless I still loved it.
Well until next time.
XOXO Kate

I just saw Harry Potter too! To be honest, I was slightly disappointed, but that’s only because people were raving like it was the second coming or something…:P I love your shoes, and I smiled a bit because that is the EXACT expression I make in a lot of my pictures! Haha, expression twins?
Yeah I always tend to look awkward when I take photos of myself. It’s just a strange thing to be doing really, but I suppose eventually you get comfortable with it then it get’s easier. As for Harry Potter yes even the first part of the book was boring. It’s like hey let’s wander around lost for half a year and get in touch with our emotions then let’s go kick some butt in the last month of the year. Haha. Though I still liked it because honestly I’m just a huge HP fan.
Nice shoes!! π

I love the outfit as-is. Really like the color of the cardigan, the pop of the pearls, and LOVE the shoes.

Love the shoe and boot combo. Not so keen on the cardigan but it’s a definite yes for the pearls!
You should totally do more outfit posts, you’d get used to feeling more comfortable taking pictures of yourself. Taking full length photos was the most daunting thing for me and now I do loads (but there are so many outtakes!)
